Common questions, direct answers.
What types of businesses do you help?
+
We work with growing businesses — typically operators, founders, and leadership teams who feel their internal tools and workflows are holding them back. Industry matters less than the appetite to fix real operational problems with custom technology.
Do I need to know what I want built?
+
No. Most engagements start with a vague but real frustration: 'this part of the business is too manual,' or 'these systems don't talk to each other.' Our Discovery phase exists to translate that into a clear technical direction.
How does a typical project work?
+
We follow a five-step process: Discovery, Strategy, Development, Implementation, and Optimization. Each step has clear deliverables, and you see working software early — not at the very end.
How long do projects usually take?
+
It depends on scope. Smaller automations and integrations can ship in a few weeks. Larger custom platforms typically run over a few months. We give a realistic timeline after the Discovery phase, once the problem is clearly defined.
Will I be involved during the build?
+
Yes. We work in short iterations with regular check-ins so you can shape the direction throughout. The goal is a system you genuinely want to use, not one delivered as a surprise.
What happens after launch?
+
The Optimization phase continues after rollout — we monitor real usage, address issues, and evolve the system as your operation grows. Many of our clients stay on as long-term technical partners.
Do you sign NDAs?
+
Yes. We handle sensitive business information regularly and are happy to work under an NDA from the first conversation.
