The BEMedia is looking for an AI Engineer to design and build intelligent systems that solve real-world business problems. You’ll work directly on client projects, developing custom AI tools, automation workflows, and system integrations that help businesses eliminate inefficiencies and scale smarter. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building practical solutions—not just experimenting.
-- What You’ll Do
Design and develop custom AI solutions for business workflows Build LLM-powered tools (chatbots, copilots, internal assistants, etc.) Integrate AI into existing systems using APIs and automation pipelines Analyze business processes and translate them into technical solutions Develop and optimize data pipelines and AI-driven features Collaborate on full-stack applications where AI is a core component Continuously test, improve, and deploy production-ready systems
-- Core Responsibilities
Implement AI models (OpenAI APIs, local LLMs, or similar frameworks) Build automation workflows that reduce manual processes Connect software systems using REST APIs / webhooks Create scalable, maintainable backend logic for AI applications Ensure solutions are efficient, secure, and aligned with client goals
-- Requirements
Strong experience with Python, JavaScript, or similar languages Experience working with AI/ML frameworks or APIs Familiarity with:
LLMs (prompt engineering, embeddings, fine-tuning concepts) API integrations Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Ability to break down complex business problems into technical solutions Strong problem-solving and independent thinking skills

Experience building custom AI agents or copilots Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.) Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.) Full-stack development experience (React, Next.js, etc.) Experience working in client-facing or consulting environments
